The documents shown in that section present
the chronological tasks planned before the achievement
of the first version of the EuropePKI solution. Since this
project is a short term one, a common development timeline
was adopted. The chosen strategy requires implication and
forecast at each level and for each member of the consortium.
In this way, though involved in proper name only in the late
coming stages, the partners are more efficient as soon as
their phase begins and this allows the respect of the milestones.
Among the eight stages - a.k.a. Work Packages - only
three of them last the whole project long. The others follow
each other while avoiding wastes of time due to unwanted overlapping
as much as possible.
